Before treatment patients corneal scrape is sent to laboratory for staining and culture and sensitivity. Treatment will be medical and surgical. Medical treatment include empirical antibiotics. Surgical treatment include amniotic membrane, conjunctival grafts, tarsorrhapy and keratoplasty
