This patient has limbal dermoid and an ear tag

Syndrome associated with this condition is Goldenhar syndrome

This patient has conjunctival chemosis and corneal opacity. 

This patient has cornea ulcer

Differential diagnosis include bacterial, fungal, viral and protozoal keratitis

Before treatment patients corneal scrape is sent to laboratory for staining and culture and sensitivity. Treatment will be medical and surgical. Medical treatment include empirical antibiotics. Surgical treatment include amniotic membrane, conjunctival grafts, tarsorrhapy and keratoplasty
