PORTWIN STAIN

It is congenital malformation of blood vessels in dermis. 

Histologically these are vascular spaces separated by thin fibrous septa. 

Clinically it presents as pink demarcated patch usually on face 

which does not blanch on pressure. 

It is related to ipsilateral glaucoma. 

The screening glaucoma should begin in infancy.
