Canvas provides a 24/7 support team that specifically supports Fullerton College.

Faculty and students call: 844-600-4948

Faculty and students can also click on the Help icon inside Canvas to find this number, chat, or email support.

The Canvas software you will use resides on a Canvas server (a central host

computer). However, you will need to have Microsoft Word or another word processing

program and Internet access on your home computer, or on a computer you have

access to every week. You may need to use the computer resources on the Fullerton College (FC) campus. Rooms 2200A/B are computer labs available for currently registered students with ID cards. The FC Library also has computers for student use.

The Student Support Services Division Office is committed to the success of all Fullerton College students. The departments and programs in this division address issues such as student engagement, leadership development, academic success, and food insecurity in order to provide support for the Fullerton College community.

The Fullerton College Counseling Department mission is to provide student-centered counseling services to support the achievement and growth of our diverse student population with the intent of helping students develop their highest potential, fulfill their goals and promote life-long success. As a result of COVID-19, the Counseling Department is providing counseling and student support services remotely but closed to visitation. We provide counseling appointments via telephone and face-to-face video conferencing (Zoom). We also offer eAdvising, and platforms for General information (GI).

Fullerton College students are invited to sign up for free weekly meals. The college is partnering with Sodexo and Pathways of Hope, to distribute pre-packed bags on Thursdays in the summer. Free diapers are provided thanks to a generous donation from the Community Action Partnership of Orange County. FC’s Student Health Services is also providing free period products and condoms to students, upon request.

The Disability Support Services (DSS) office at Fullerton College advocates the integration of qualified students with disabilities into the mainstream of Fullerton College’s programs and services.
