• Conducted a Pre Congress Workshop on Competency Modelling organized along with “3rd Indian Congress of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (ICAIOP) on “Promoting Organizational Excellence: Role of Industrial and Organizational Psychology” organized by Department of Psychology, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India on October 31, 2019.

• Conducted a Panel Discussion on “Enhancing Employability of Industrial and Organizational Psychology students and Professionals” at “3rd Indian Congress of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (ICAIOP) on “Promoting Organizational Excellence: Role of Industrial and Organizational Psychology” organized by Department of Psychology, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India on 2 November, 2019.

• Conducted a workshop on “Human Relations Skills for Personal and Professional Success” at the “1^st Indian Congress of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (ICAIOP) on Changing Landscape and Future of I/O Psychology,” organized by Department of Psychology, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur on 30 January, 2018.

• Conducted a Workshop on “Teachers as Transformational Leaders” for various faculty members of different Universities of India, during a Short Term Course-on- Faculty Development Course: Role of a Teacher in Enhancing Student Potential, (Oct 5 to Oct 10, 2015) Organized by UGC Human Resource Development Centre, University of Mumbai, 5^th October, 2015.

• Conducted a Workshop on “Wellness at the Workplace” for non-teaching staff of the affiliated colleges of SNDT Women’s University, conducted by SNDT women’s University Principal Forum at Dr. B.M.N. College of Home Science, Matunga, Mumbai, 18^th April, 2013.

• Conducted a Workshop on “Use of Computer Software in Statistical Analysis” in the workshop on ‘NURSING RESEARCH – Research Application – From Bench to Bedside, organized by L.T. College of Nursing, SNDT Women’s University, 19^th November, 2011.

• Conducted Training Programme on “Empathetic Communication and building team through communication” and “Personality Development” for Practicing Nurses, a workshop organized on “Grooming Nurse Visionaries- A need of the hour” organized by L.T.
