Dr. Nilesh Thakre, Ph.D. (I/O Psy), UGC-NET, MA (I/O. Psy.), MA(Clin. Psy.), Master of Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology; is Associate Professor in Post Graduate Department of Psychology, SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai. He is a Member of Management Council and Senator at SNDTWU, Mumbai. He has 20 years of work experience in the area of Corporate, Academics and Research. He is working as Board of Studies Member in Psychology at SNDTWU; RTM Nagpur University, Patkar-Varde College, Mumbai, and Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai. He is a member of the ICSSR – WRC. He is associated with KEM Hospital, Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD) and IGNOU to name a few. He has also worked in the research department of the Government of India and NGO’s. He has taught at various Management Institutes in Mumbai and Maharashtra as Visiting Faculty in the area of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, HRM & OB. He is a member of the professional associations of Psychology, Management and Social Science. A prolific writer, he has published several articles in professional international journals and presented papers in National and International conferences. He has also authored books and chapters articles in edited book on Management and Psychology, working on research projects and serves as an external examiner at a number of Universities in India. He has delivered invited lectures in many national and international conferences.
