Ø  Five-day Monitoring and Evaluation workshop sponsored by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) conducted by the International Institute for Population Sciences Alumni Association (IIPSAA).

Ø  One day pre-conference workshop on “Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis” held in Department of Biostatistics and Health Informatics, Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Statistics, Lucknow, (02-04 November), 2017.

Ø  Participated in Research and Analyses for Scientific Transformation and Advancement (RASTA) mentorship program during 2018-2021, organised jointly by USAID and Population Council, India, leading to the successful publication of a research paper in the Journal SSM-Population Health.

Ø  Conducted a National Webinar entitled “National Education Policy 2020: Challenges & Opportunities in Statistics” in the Department of Statistics, Mizoram University, Pachhunga University College Campus, along with Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas (North East Region) on the occasion of the birth centenary of Prof. C.R.            Ø  Attended a one-day Orientation Programme on Minitab19 Software held at Patna, Bihar on 19th September 2019.

           Ø  One-week online training on “R Programming and LATEX Typesetting” organized by the Department of Statistics,                         Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, from 5th January to 10th January 2021.

            Ø  The training course on “Study Design & Sample Size Determination" held on 12 – 13 December 2020 organized                       by the Department of Biostatistics and Health Informatics, Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical                            Sciences, Raebareli Road, Lucknow.

            Ø  Discussant in the session on Family Demography and Reproductive Health in IIPS National seminar entitled                         “Population, Health and Sustainable Development Goals: Performance and Prioritizing Policies” to be held                         in Patna, during 13-15 February 2020.

Ø  Participated in UGC HRDC 30th Orientation Course (Online) conducted by HRDC, Mizoram University between 28th July to 17th August 2020 and obtained Grade A.

Ø  Participated and successfully completed one-week Virtual Faculty Development Programme on “Statistical Methods in Biological Sciences” held at Assam down town University from 29th June – 5th July, 2021.

Ø  Attended a Two-week Interdisciplinary Refresher course in “Advanced Research Methodology” organised by Teaching Learning Centre, Ramanujan College, University of Delhi In collaboration with Janki Devi Memorial College, University of Delhi under the aegis of Ministry of Education Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching from 22 December, 2022 – 05 January, 2023 and obtained Grade A+.

Ø  Attended a one-day consultative meeting on 10th February,2023 at Guwahati, Assam for deliberating on the critical programmatic challenges on health and nutrition faced by different north-eastern states, as organized by RASTA [Research and Analysis for Scientific Transformation and Action], hosted by the Population Council, New Delhi.

Ø  Attended Eight Days Online Training Programme on NEP Orientation and Sensitization Programme held during 10th to 21st 2023.

Ø  Attended a one-day programme on the release of research on “Diet Diversity & Nutritional outcomes among Children and Women: A study of Mamit District” organised by Women & Child Development Social Welfare & Tribal Affairs Department, Government of Mizoram on 19th June 2024 at SAD conference Hall, MINECO, Aizawl.

Ø  Attended and Completed a 2 Weeks Online Refresher Course in Mathematical Sciences(Mathematics/Statistics/Operations Research/ Computer Sciences) from 3rd October to 16th October 2025 and Obtained A+ grade.
