Welcome to Lê Consulting—your trusted partner in unlocking student potential. I’m grateful you’ve found your way here. At Lê Consulting, my mission is to equip families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to advocate for students with disabilities, ensuring they receive the inclusive, high-quality education they deserve.
As an independent consultant with decades of experience championing access, equity, and inclusion, I’ve proudly walked alongside families, communities, school districts, and businesses across Texas. My deep understanding of special education law, paired with expertise in evaluations, IEPs, accommodations, curriculum design, and support services, allows me to offer guidance that is both strategic and deeply personal.
With a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a passion for meaningful advocacy, I offer informed insight and customized support to meet your child’s unique needs. Let’s work together to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.
Together, we can amplify your voice—and your child’s future.
Navigating the special education process can be overwhelming for families—filled with complex terminology, a sea of documentation, and ever-evolving policies. A special education advocate or consultant serves as a dedicated guide, helping parents, guardians, and caregivers understand their child’s rights and collaborate with schools to ensure each student’s educational and developmental needs are fully supported.
These professionals help interpret evaluations, explore available services, and co-develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to a child’s unique learning profile. Because learning challenges vary widely, consultants also assist in identifying and addressing a range of disabilities, including:
Auditory Impairment (Deaf or Hard of Hearing)
Autism
Deafblindness
Emotional Disturbance
Intellectual Disability
Other Health Impairment
Orthopedic Impairment
Specific Learning Disability
Speech or Language Impairment
Traumatic Brain Injury
Visual Impairment
To empower families and center the student’s voice, a special education consultant may take on responsibilities such as:
Advising families about services, accommodations, and programs that align with their child’s individual needs
Interpreting reports and evaluations and clarifying what they mean for the child’s education
Assisting in the drafting and submission of formal school communications, such as requests, responses, and complaints
Preparing families for ARD/IEP and 504 meetings, including setting priorities and goals
Reviewing educational documents for accuracy and completeness before and after meetings
Attending ARD/IEP and 504 meetings to provide live guidance and advocacy
Offering feedback on the strength of a family’s case and referring to special education attorneys when needed
