Dr. Kirakala Kiran Kumar is an eminent Professor of Physics at Termez State University, Termez, Uzbekistan with an overall experience of three decades in Academics, Industry and Research. He served in various engineering colleges across various Countries across the Globe. He proved his excellence in Academics and also as an able Administrator. He authored several books like Engineering Physics that is published with Amaravathi publications - JNTUA R19. He received, Ph.D., from S.V.University, Tirupati under the guidance of Ex-Rector Prof. C.K. Jayasankar. He did his M.Sc.(Tech) Engineering Physics, specialization in Electronics and Instrumentation from S.V.U. College of Engineering (Secured University III Rank). He completed his project work in Ashok Leyland, Hosur (Near Bangalore) on Oracle under Non-GUI Linux environment in Ashok Leyland Information Technology (ALIT). He has an excellent expertize in Software Coding, great exposure to companies including Dell, HP and well-versed in Software Programming across multiple platforms.
He presented his papers in ICGF, ICLA, STAR, TIFR, IASc, ICAPMA-Thailand, SPIE-USA. He has memberships in ISCA-Kolkata, ISRD-London, IAENG-Hongkong. He has a meritorious collaborations and had been to several countries across the world including NTU-Singapore, Germany, France, Spain, Uzbekisthan, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau, Schenzen, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Taiwan, South Korea, USA and Dubai. His research areas are Lanthanides activated ions in fluorophosphate glasses and phosphors for various laser applications along with various areas covering sophasticated trending technologies.
Dr. Kirakala is an academic and researcher with expertise in nanophysics, atomic and molecular spectroscopy, and advanced materials science. His scholarly interests focus on the physical principles underlying nanoparticle-based technologies, nanocoatings, and their applications in energy systems, environmental sustainability, and industrial process optimization. He is actively engaged in academic writing, research guidance, and the development of scientific content for higher education, contributing to the advancement of modern physics education and multidisciplinary research.
In addition to his research activities, Dr. Kirakala is involved in preparing conference papers, presentations, and instructional materials that bridge fundamental physics with real-world applications. His work emphasizes region-specific scientific solutions, particularly in the areas of renewable energy and nanotechnology-driven industrial efficiency. Through teaching, research, and academic outreach, he continues to support the integration of innovative scientific approaches into education and applied research.
