If you want to read my dissertation, you are one click away from seeing it in a full PDF. Here is it STEWARD FACILITATION IMPACTS ONTHE PLEXIFORMATION OF LEADERS.
If you accidentally came across this, then feel free to browse around. This is a reduced page of some material that I used in the Doctor of Executive Leadership (DEL) Program. I added the dissertation and updated a few points. The material contains a couple of projects, writings, and my steward leadership model as found in the professional essay, Finding Newtonian Stewardship. My dissertation argument, and then my actual dissertation show how the idea and a leadership model all aligned.

Below are some pictures I kept that were in the original material used when I presented a portfolio as a part of the course program. A PowerPoint, done by others, is included that shares some of the work when at Licking County.
Before leaving Newark, Ohio, a special event honoring me as a leader of the community happened and pictures of events and accomplishments were shown. The PowerPoint Slideshow is a collection of activities where I led and helped others. It is also a testimony of how the University of Charleston's Doctor of Executive Leadership informs the practitioner and benefits many. Each slide has a story behind it that is not shared in the portfolio.
The plaque is one of a couple special items given to me that evening in September 2017. I share these to help the reader understand the dilemma I faced as I struggled with fulfilling a role, then GROW item in Year 2. Note that my form of leading-- stewardship-- is recognized in the plaque.
I believe the words of the plaque, the letter from Congressman Tiberi, and the body of the slides offer evidence of my stewardship toward those and the community that I was entrusted with for six years. The going away "photo" shows the fun that my office could have with me knowing that I truly cared for them.
