Welcome to Dream Carpool! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our non-commercial ride-sharing platform.

Acceptance & Age Eligibility (18+)

By accessing or using the Dream Carpool application, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to abide by all terms stated herein. Users under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the service.

Non-Commercial Cost-Sharing Platform

Dream Carpool is strictly a peer-to-peer, non-commercial cost-sharing platform designed to help drivers offset fuel and toll costs on trips they are already taking. It is NOT a commercial taxi or transport-for-hire service. Drivers must not make a commercial profit.

3. Zero-Tolerance UGC Policy & Moderation

Dream Carpool maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, harassment, hate speech, abusive behavior, or illegal activities.

• Users can report abusive users or inappropriate chat messages using the built-in Report feature.

• Users can block unwanted contacts instantly using the Block User feature.

• Violators will be permanently banned and reported to authorities if required.

Driver Requirements & Safety

Drivers offering rides must hold a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, active insurance, and complete identity verification (KYC). Vehicle safety and compliance with traffic laws are sole responsibilities of the driver.

Account Deletion Rights

Users can delete their account and personal data at any time via Profile > Settings > Delete Account & Data, or by emailing privacy@dreamx.space
