The Problems we are facing and our solutions

1. People not being able to purchase a wide range of ice-cream in the comfort of their cars. 

• Dream Scoop is the first drive through ice cream shop in South Africa. 

2. Loosing customers due to a lack of inclusivity 

• We are Pet Friendly. 

3. Many shops have a walk in- walk out atmosphere, and there aren’t many shops that offer their facilities for entertainment purposes. 

• We Offer our venue to rent for occasions. 

4. South Africa has a high unemployment rate 

• We aim to create over 40 jobs in South Africa in the future  

5. Many businesses do not think out the box to find ways to generate income. 

• We have an open day and events year round which generates income.

6. There are not many markets which cater for different groups of people such as vegans, people with allergies, and people who are lactose intolerant etc

• We are inclusive to everyone and anyone as we have a range of flavours and our shop is easily accessible 

7. Some businesses are not mindful of what impact they have on the environment.

• We are an environmentally friendly business.

8. Some businesses do not think of innovative ways to reduce their wastage 

• We have considered the need for biodegradable cutlery and crockery 

9. Many lose the ability to produce products and render services during load shedding 

• Our shop uses a lot of natural lighting and is solar powered at night
