Business Model

Our business is a cooperative business which consists of nine business minded/orientated people coming together to open a successful business. 

Of course opening our business at the beginning was going to be an obstacle so we were going to take out a business loan. 

So the way our business was going to be run was by having one main branch as a start up as well as selling ice cream at the food market. 

As we all know how food markets are busy and crowded it would be easy to attract new customers. 

As our business would gradually gain experience and financial strength we were planning to open a ice cream store all over SA. 

Our business services people of all ages 

In terms of transportation we not doing any deliveries as of yet but there is a drive thru if you not willing to wait in the que. 

During our grand opening we planned on having events where the winner gets to have a free ice cream to taste what is to come. 

In terms of the ice cream itself we aren’t sticking to our lane and just selling ordinary plain vanilla ice cream with cones but we’ve expanded our Menu to waffle ice creams, ice cream cakes and etc. 

In order for a successful business opening we planned on selling Merchandise like Caps, Beanies, Hoodies and T shirts just to spread the word.
