As Director of Clinical Pathways, I collaborate with a number of global teams which include research, content, and platform. Our collective work is provider-driven and patient-centered. Over the past two years, I have grown the care plan offerings 12-fold in ten verticals while keeping quality of care and cost-efficiency at the forefront of our design.
Virtual Leadership
To work across teams, virtually and globally, takes trust and empathy. Over the course of two years, I have built both among my team and have navigated the start-up culture with poise and steadfastness.
