1. Click “get a Naviance ID”

2. The top box should say “uwccc” , your username and password (provided in the email sent by Elisha) would be inputted in the subsequent boxes.

3. This will prompt you to enter a new password that must contain a combination of capital letters, lower case letters, a special character (!*?@) etc and a number. Remember to write down your password so that you won’t forget it if you need to upload more recommendations later.

4. Once you have a new password, you will need to verify your email address, be aware that this email may go directly into your spam folder. Once you click okay you can follow the instructions sent by Elisha on Monday.

5. To re-login in the future go to https://id.naviance.com/ and click on à,

6. To login you will use your school email and your new password you have set.



Instructions to Upload Teacher Recommendation(s) and Common Application Teacher Evaluation Form:

Sign in -->students -->student roster -->‘find students’ (by surname) --> eDocs --> Prepare

-->‘Teacher Documents --> Add

1. Teacher Rec: Upload File -->Application: “All Applications” -->‘Type: “Letter of Recommendation” -->Browse -->(choose the appropriate teacher recommendation (ideally in pdf format) -->Upload File (the file cannot exceed 500kb in size)

2. Common App Teacher Evaluation Form: Prepare a Form --> Common App Teacher Evaluation -->Prepare Form -->(fill in all details other than ‘Ratings’ to which the answer is ‘no’) -->Save.
