The THYME Project was a collaborative initiative between the universities of Teesside, Hull and York to develop the regional Bioeconomy.
As part of the THYME Project, we worked with school teachers and young people to develop activities and lesson plans around Bioeconomy themes and concepts, including sustainability and the transition from fossil fuels to renewable resources as part of a zero carbon future. The activities are designed to be embedded into the curriculum while providing opportunities for outdoor learning.
