Early‑career clinicians often navigate complex systems, demanding exam study, and the pressure to “perform” while still learning. Many are balancing professional expectations, documentation requirements, and the internal tension of wanting to be competent before they feel ready.
Supervision is a collaborative space where emerging clinicians can develop confidence, clarity, and a professional identity that feels both competent and authentic.
My supervision approach is trauma-informed, developmentally attuned, rooted in reflection, and grounded presence. My work helps new clinicians understand what is happening in the room, why it matters, and how to respond with integrity and systemic awareness.
Supervision emphasizes:
systemic case conceptualization
ethical reasoning and decision-making
trauma-informed care
professional boundaries
reflective practice
documentation clarity
confidence-building for new clinicians
Supervisees describe our work as “grounding and deeply supportive”. A space where they can make sense of client sessions, strengthen therapeutic skills, and develop a professional identity that feels both competent and authentic. My goal is to help you become a confident clinician who practices with integrity, systemic awareness, and a strong sense of self.

Yes. All supervision is provided virtually and is available to supervisees located in Tennessee.
Yes. As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, I provide supervision that meets MFT licensure standards.
Individual supervision offers one‑on‑one support. Triadic supervision includes two supervisees and shared discussion. Group supervision includes 3-6 supervisees and focuses on collaborative case exploration.
All cases are welcome, including those involving trauma, systemic complexity, or high emotional intensity.
Trauma‑informed supervision helps clinicians understand activation, regulation, and systemic dynamics while developing grounded, ethical responses in session.
Please note: Because of ethical guidelines regarding multiple relationships, I am not able to provide supervision to anyone I currently see as a client or may see as a client in the future. Supervision is available only when a clear boundary exists between your clinical training and your personal work. If you are in need of supervision and I cannot work with you due to these ethical guidelines, I will provide referrals to trusted approved supervisors who can offer the support you need.
