Supervision and meditation can support professional growth, reflective capacity, and clinical presence, but there are times when the internal experiences shaping your clinical work require deeper attention. Therapy offers a private, dedicated space to explore the personal patterns, emotional responses, and lived experiences that influence how you show up as a clinician.
If you want to understand yourself more fully, strengthen internal regulation, and work through the personal histories or relational dynamics that may surface during clinical training and client sessions, therapy may be an important part of your development.
Therapy is distinct from supervision. While supervision focuses on case conceptualization, skill development, and professional identity, therapy attends to the personal themes that supervision cannot ethically or practically address. This may include navigating activation, managing relational patterns, exploring self‑doubt, or working through experiences that shape your internal world and clinical presence.
Dates & Times: Sessions are held on Wednesdays, with a planned off‑week every fourth week. Availability during that week is limited, but an occasional session can be arranged when necessary.
Location: Virtual, through live video sessions. Services are available only to clients residing in Tennessee.
Fees: $180/ 50-60 minute session
Payment Methods: Payments accepted through Square. Square accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. It also supports HSA/FSA cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Insurance: I do not accept insurance. Insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis, ongoing clinical justification, and periodic documentation that can limit the pace and direction of therapy. Not accepting insurance is intentional to protect your confidentiality and therapeutic work.
If you have out‑of‑network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Out-of-network coverage varies by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Crisis: If you ever find yourself in crisis or needing immediate support, please reach out to a crisis resource right away.
Crisis Line: Call, Text, Chat 988

No. Ethical guidelines require a clear boundary between supervision and therapy. Referrals are available when needed.
Please note: Because of ethical guidelines regarding multiple relationships, I am not able to provide therapy to graduate students or early‑career clinicians I currently supervise or may supervise in the future. Therapy is available only when a clear boundary exists between your clinical training and your personal work. If you are in need of therapy and I cannot work with you due to these ethical guidelines, I will provide referrals to trusted clinicians who can offer the support you need. The key is simply reaching out when you recognize that deeper work would be helpful.
