It is the mission of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) to provide an inclusive, equitable and globally relevant polytechnic education as it strives to achieve its vision to be the “Leading Comprehensive Polytechnic University in Asia.” One of the key drivers to achieving this vision is Pillar 1 (Teaching and Learning) which encompasses three strategic goals: SG 1 Innovative Curricula and Instruction; SG 2 Empowered, Expert, and Productive Faculty Members; and SG 3 Holistic Student Development.
The Department of Marketing Management anchors all its efforts, past and present, on the PUP Vision, Mission, and Strategic Goals which likewise have evolved over time. Despite the shifts in PUP leadership, the commitment to give students access to quality and adaptive education remained to be main focus.
