Hi. I have tried several times to connect the META admin to HubSpot (Sales Hub Professional) and I can't get it to work. When the Meta admin sales opens, it gives me a message that says: ""This number is registered to an existing WhatsApp account. To use this number, disconnect it from the existing account. Then, return to this page and re-enter the number. Note: It may take up to 3 minutes for the number to become available. "

We have already disconnected as much as possible and yet the error continues. Does anyone have the same problem? Has anyone been able to solve it?

@Sofia_Padron I know this is a new integration that is still getting some of the bugs worked out, I found this knowledge base article that has the instructions of how to set things up.

It looks like it is still recognizing that the phone number is connected from the account, maybe clear your cache and cookies then try to re-integrate.

I've had 3 messages in the last few days 'very interested' asking for extra photos to whats app or to a phone number. Always for my daughter / someone else etc. I have replied back saying I only go through Etsy as I can't think why these people should want photos to a private number... Not sure what you mean by Always for my daughter / someone else etc'' AS for people asking for more photos I am assuming you mean photos of the items you sell if so I don't see anything to worry about there and as far as them asking for them sent to whats app or a phone number that might just be the method of communicating they use a lot and feel comfortable with and if they don't know a lot about etsy might not even know you can send a buyer photos on etsy. It is always a good idea to be cheerful and don't do anything you don't feel comfortable with but it's also good to remember often buyers don't know etsy like sellers do are not on etsy every day like sellers asr and can be unsure and nerves of what etsy is how it works and if there payment processor is safe so might ask for things to be done in other ways. As long as a buyer first contacts you on etsy the actual sale is done on etsy then communicating or sending photos can be done anyway buyer and seller want to do. It is a good idea to put all details agreed on into the listing but that is a good idea even when you have communicated on etsy as it reminds buyers what you are agreeing to do/provide and I am not sure if there were any problems in the future if etsy would back seller over something in a message but not on the listing even if it was an etsy message.
