Group Counseling:

AKA: Lunch Bunch Groups

Lunch bunch groups generally consist of 3-4 students. These groups occur during lunch time once or twice a week and generally last for 6 weeks. Topics that may be covered are :

Friendship skills
Conflict Resolution
Social skills
Communication Skills
Grief/loss/divorce
School adjustment
Emotional regulation
