I am a fourth time mom here. We by now knew the power of a birth doula but had no idea how much support a postpartum doula could make! I regret not having one for the other three. I mean even as an experienced and pretty confident mom, I felt incredible sense of peace and support with her help after baby. I wish I had this when I wasn’t so confident. It’s a gift I plan to give to my daughters in law and daughter if we are blessed with grand babies. And one I highly recommend you give to yourself or any mom in your life you are ready to truly truly bless. Sarah is not only a baby whisperer but a truly caring and wonderful person who anticipates and supports you (mom and parents) exactly perfectly.

Sarah Poole is an amazing doula and any family is lucky to have her in their home. We felt like she was a Godsend! She is beyond caring and professional. She was our night doula for the first 7 weeks after our son was born. She was extremely helpful when it came to baby care and she was also amazing with helping around our house. It was a breath of fresh air to wake up to a tidy home. We appreciated her attention to detail with our baby and our home. I highly recommend her. If you're looking for a doula she is top-notch and will take incredibly good care of you and your baby.

During our birth experience, Sarah was the difference between fear and peace. Her understanding of our wishes, and the birth process made her a trusted source of information that gave us confidence in our real time decisions. Her emotional support protected us against anything that might have been traumatic to face alone.

Sarah is an exceptional person. She went above and beyond to sprinkle kind gestures all throughout our time together. Should we become pregnant again, we would want her to be our doula! Sarah was an invaluable member of our birth team, and I highly recommend her for yours.

Sarah is an awesome doula! She was such a blessing throughout the pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum period! She is knowledgeable in different techniques during labor as well as how our bodies work in a physiologic birth. She’s a great support to have and truly kept me calm during the most intense part of birth. So thankful I had her as my doula!

We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and support provided by our overnight doula, Sarah. From the moment we met her, Sarah instilled a sense of calm and confidence that allowed us to get the restful sleep we so desperately needed. Knowing our daughter was in Sarah's capable hands was truly a gift.

I was told that I wouldn't regret getting a doula for my first child, and it was totally worth it! Not only did Sarah understand our needs/wants, she also showed genuine compassion and care. Sarah went beyond my expectations and made me feel so comfortable. She immediately started grabbing things I needed as soon as we got to the L&d room. It was so nice having someone in my court who's helped many women before and has been through this herself. She also has such a passion for her career; I loved listening to her "nerd out" about the reproductive system.

It was really nice to have Sarah's help during our labor and birth. The extra encouragement from her was really appreciated. She always showed she truly believed I could do it even when I was doubting myself. She was really encouraging and had faith in me, and provided the moral support I needed to stick to my birth plan. 

I don't think I could have done it without an epidural without Sarah! Through labor she was calm and level headed, was there for ME. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!

I had several complications postpartum and wasn't up to doing much of anything! Sarah fixed food for all four of my kids and I, helped with laundry, and made sure that I was comfortable and resting. She was enormously helpful, pleasant to be around and chat with. She also makes the best lactation cookies on the planet.

Sarah was super helpful. She clicked into doula mode immediately -- I didn't feel like I needed to micromanage or supervise what she did. I was able to rest and care for my baby while she took care of chores and it helped me feel so relaxed that things were still getting done. I also appreciated just sitting and chatting with another adult! She even made lunches for my toddler and I and showed me how to use my ring sling.

Sarah was very helpful and listened to my needs. She explained things relating to what I was experiencing and helped me so much when I needed to be doing less physical activity after birth. 

It is clear to me that this work is a passion for Sarah! She was sincere, so helpful, and provided us with a flood of information and answered all our questions. She was great at "getting in my shoes" and understanding how I felt inside. She was comforting and helped me feel safe, answered all my questions and gave me confidence during labor. I loved her hip squeezes! She was pivotal in being able to do this the way I wanted.
