Notice regarding YouTube Content ID copyright claims:
It has been brought to my attention that some of the instrumental tracks in the ZIP file linked below are being flagged for use by YouTube's copyright content system. This is completely my mistake! Wayyy back when I first started producing stock music, I would occasionally upload some to YouTube under my old radio name "Rick Sparks." Although I have deleted the associated Google account "ricksparks.67" as well as all the song videos I had created, apparently Google data lasts forever. So! If you get a copyright strike, simply inform them that "ricksparks.67" no longer exists and will never complain about song use and the music should be cleared for you to use in due time. I know for certain that the track titled "The Moroccan" is one of them and can't be sure which others are affected because I didn't keep a list of what was on the "ricksparks.67" YouTube page. Need some non-exclusive instrumentals? Here's a batch I composed during my early days of sync work! These MP3 tracks are free to use, all I ask is that they're registered with ASCAP for commercial projects (details in the included READ ME doc). There's a surf rock track, some experimental orchestral/electronic hybrids, a couple short reggae pieces, an early-90s style industrial cut, and much more. Thirty-seven cuts with many alternate mixes -- 80 tracks in all!
