(11)01. Illegal Dumping
A person who intentionally and willfully disposes of harmful waste products into an area not designated for waste disposal.
A person who intentionally and willfully disposes of harmful waste products into an area protected for the purpose of nature conservation.
Harmful products include (but are not limited to) chemicals, feces, plastics, etc.
- Penal Code (11)01 is an misdemeanor punishable by $3000 or 60 seconds.
NOTES:
A person may only be jailed for Illegal dumping if they are dumping chemicals.
(11)01. Illegal Dumping Of An Animal Corpse
A person who intentionally and willfully disposes of a dead animal into an area not designated for animal corpse disposal.

(11)03. Hunting Without A Valid License
A person engaging in the activity of hunting without carrying a valid Hunting License.
A person who refuses to show or provide a Hunting License to a peace officer while engaging in the activity of hunting.
A person engaging in the activity of hunting without a valid, unexpired license.

A person who is illegally hunting in areas protected from such activities (nature reserves) e.g Senora National Park.
A person who intentionally hunts endangered/ protected species with the intent to sell the desired products of the animal.

(11)05. Poaching (Marine)
A person who is illegally fishing in areas protected from such activities (nature reserves) e.g Senora National Park from a naval vessel.
A person who intentionally fishes endangered/ protected species with the intent to sell the desired products of the animal from a naval vessel.
- Penal Code (11)05 is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for 120 seconds.
(11)06. Shooting An Animal From The Roadside
A person who intentionally shoots an animal which is 50 yards from a main road.
A person who is within 50 yards of a main road shoots an animal elsewhere.
- Penal Code (11)06 is a infraction punishable by $500.
(11)07. Hunting in a Restricted Area
A person who engages in the activity of hunting or fishing where this is not permitted
Hunting or fishing is permitted in the following areas;
Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness / Raton Canyon (When not within 50 yards of any clear path and/or road used by vehicles. When not within 250 yards of a highway and/or state route. When not within 150 yards of any structure whether this is public, private, state, commercial or industrial.)
Mount Chiliad / Mount Josiah (When not within 50 yards of any clear path and/or road used by vehicles. When not within 200 yards of any structure whether this is public, private, state, commercial or industrial. When not within 500 yards of a military installation.)
Alamo Sea (When at least 50 yards away from any shore. When done without firearms.)
Pacific Ocean (When at least 250 yards from any shoreline.)
A person who is engaging in the activity of hunting or fishing on the water within 150 yards of any shoreline and/or any structure.

(11)08. Hunting Under the Influence
No person may hunt, capture, bait, lure, or attempt to hunt, capture, bait, or lure any animals while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
- Penal Code (11)08 is a misdemeanor punishable by up to $2500 or imprisonment for 30-60 seconds.
