Well it looks like someone's good! Jeff looks like an octopus but no one have ever seen him without the black background and he sells helpfull things for begginers and good players same stuff. He made them by himself and he seems really friendly.

You'll have to tip him because you'll get an achievement and also he'll go to the college, because the creator said so. When the update wasn't already done, Jeff used to kill you if you turned off his music. After the update LSPLASH removed the button and set begginers free.

I really love this place by the way and you'll meet 2 more entities there! They are also good.
