Home Staging Consultation $250 for up to 2 hours (additional time is billed accordingly)
The home staging consultation is a full in depth, inside and outside, home evaluation to prepare your house for sale. For vacant homes, this primarily includes determining the space, layout, dimensions and furnishings needed and style of the home to properly prepare the furniture rental order.
Accessory Rental Package $250 minimum for up to 3 months (additional time is billed accordingly)
If needed, DonnaLu Designs will bring key items such as decorative pillows, throws, artwork, floral arrangements and small accent pieces to prepare the home in the best light and to highlight the modern qualities buyers are looking for.
Vacant Staging Package $1,500 minimum cost for 3 month rental
Per the home staging consultation, DonnaLu Designs will select the furniture and accessories required to get the home market ready. The furniture and accessories will be provided by the Furniture Rental company.
Staging Day $150 - $250 per room depending on square footage
On staging day, DonnaLu Designs will meet the Furniture Rental Company at the seller's home and will manage where to place the furniture and accessories. After all the furniture has been delivered, the rooms will be decorated to create a welcoming atmosphere that helps buyers envision themselves living there.
