Home Staging Consultation $250 for up to 2 hours (additional time is billed accordingly)
A home staging consultation is required before we can proceed with staging your home.
During the home staging consultation, DonnaLu Designs will do a full in depth, inside and outside, home evaluation to prepare your house for sale. We will walk through each room together and identify items that should be put into storage, moved or remain in the home so we can reuse them for staging. Many times we will do some light staging during the consultation.
After the consult is over, a comprehensive summary report of repairs & recommendations will be provided within 48 hours. The seller can decide to do the work themselves or hire DonnaLu Designs to the manage the entire process.
Accessory Rental Package $250 minimum for up to 3 months (additional time is billed accordingly)
If needed, we will bring additional key items such as decorative pillows, throws, artwork, floral arrangements and small accent pieces to prepare the home in the best light and to highlight the modern qualities buyers are looking for. This package is generally used to supplement items the seller is missing from their home.
NOTE: Instead of renting accessories owned by DonnaLu Designs, the client has the option of paying DonnaLu Designs to shop for key items that client will then own.
Staging Day $150 - $250 per room* depending on square footage
On staging day, we will come to the house and rearrange the seller's existing furniture, make the beds and decorate each room to get the house ready for the professional photos and open house.
*bathrooms are staged but are not counted as a room
Photo Prep $150 / hour
Our lead stager will work with homeowners or realtors using furniture and decor that is already in the home. Stagers will rearrange items, make beds, etc. to prep for professional listing photography.
De-Staging Day
If the client "rents" the Accessory Package, DonnaLu Designs will come to the home to pick up the accessories after a firm offer has been accepted.
