A lot of classes from the PHB are basically unchanged. but some subclasses and some Classes are changed or removed since magic works in a completely different way on Athas (Eldricth knight, Arcane trickster, sorcerer, etc.). Similarily some Classes and Spells are prohibited since Athas is somewhat disconnected from the other planes of existence (warlock).
