Washington for too long has regulated our economy within pennies of profit margins. This is unacceptable. When bureaucrats decide how business run their operations, Washington power has simply spiraled out of control. That is why I am a firm supporter of cutting regulations on Small Businesses and Farms alike that have crippled our economy. I am a firm believer that the Federal Government has no business telling a business owner to whom they must sell their goods, nor how much they can charge, how much they can pay, nor whom they hire. We need the most hands off approach possible to rev our economic engine into a roaring inferno. As Governor I have consistently opposed regulations on the Dixie economy, vetoing several bills that would have greatly impacted small business.
Governor Dobs speaks at the Club for Growth on the necessity to cut down on red tape.
Too often do Conservative Politicians preach about slashing taxes while their Liberal counterparts compromise that if they let the Conservatives slash taxes, they get to increase spending. This is unsustainable and downright dangerous. We must be committed to making cuts wherever and whenever we can. This includes hacking down the insanely high taxes that we currently charge, but also reducing spending on Social Welfare and our bloated Defense Budget. This mean cutting away Corporate Welfare, Costly and Economically Harmful Welfare Programs, as well as being prudent with how we carry ourselves across the world. We cannot be hypocrites, we must be servants of the American people. A Balanced Budget Amendment is a desirable item and without one we will continue to sink further into our hulking debt. As Governor I am proud to have helped construct a Balanced Budget for Dixie, along with signing a tax cut and line-item vetoing a large tax increase.
Governor Dobs has been a staunch Small Government advocate since he was elected to the office of the Governor, signing legislation to cut taxes and spending, and vetoing several tax increases.
Trade has long been a pillar of the American Economy. I intend to keep it that way. I am a staunch advocate of Free Trade because the government simply should not ever control the business being done between lawful companies. I believer that it is through Free Trade that this country will find riches innumerable on its shores. I stand as a steadfast option to keep government out of your checkbook in all facets of Economic and Fiscal Policy.

I am a staunch opponent of Government control of our central Monetary system. I do not believe that the Founders ever intended a private entity to mortgage our government with its own currency. I support ending the Fed, and at the very least heavily Auditing it. I am a firm believer that we as a nation should never have been taken hostage in this manner in the first place and should do everything we can to get out of this situation. The Grassroots are whom we serve, not government nor the Fed's interests.
Governor Dobs greatly reduced the power of the Dixie Central Bank during his time in office.
