1. Introduction
Welcome to Do & Talk, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our virtual assistant services and website located at https://sites.google.com/view/doandtalk/home (the "Site"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
We provide virtual assistant services, including but not limited to administrative support, business assistance, and consultation services for veterans and other clients. Services are provided remotely and may be customized based on client needs.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services.

• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  
  

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment terms, including pricing, will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

• Payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

• Refund Policy: We provide bespoke, high-tier strategic infrastructure, elite professional training, and luxury operational management. Because our services involve dedicated executive asset allocation, custom workforce deployment, and proprietary intellectual property, we operate under a strict commitment-based model. By engaging our services or enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Consulting Policy: No Refunds / Retainer Forfeiture. All payments for discrete strategic products (such as Capital Readiness Audits or regional intelligence deep-scans) are 100% non-refundable once payment is processed and onboarding material is delivered. Monthly advisory retainers are billed in advance. Clients may cancel their advisory agreement with a 30-day written notice. No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for the current billing cycle once work has commenced. All performance-based or success fees earned upon the successful closing of a funding round, grant, or corporate contract are final and non-refundable.

  2.  Academy Policy: 14-Day Action-Based Guarantee.  Tuition for the Academy is non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase.To qualify for a refund within that 14-day window, students must submit completed coursework from Module 1 to prove they actively attempted the material. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of time, or scheduling conflicts. Tuition cannot be refunded on the basis of placement status. Admission to the Academy is a training program; selection into the elite contractor pool is entirely performance-based.

  3. Lifestyle Concierge Policy: Pro-Rated Cancellation with Notice. Clients may cancel or adjust their luxury service tier with a 30-day written notice. To maintain operational Harmony and keep your contractor pool stably compensated, unused monthly retainer hours do not roll over to the next month and are non-refundable. Any capital disbursed by Do And Talk on behalf of the client for lifestyle management needs (e.g., vendor payments, travel bookings, estate maintenance) is billed directly to the client and is non refundable
     
     

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared with us in the course of our services will be kept secure and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property
