Head Coach Crystal Strimple

Crystal has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and a Masters in Education, specializing in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Although growing up as a competitive tennis player, she has been around water her entire life and started coaching/teaching swim in 1997.  Moving back to the valley in 2005, she assisted in developing swim programs for the YMCA and LifeTime Fitness.  In 2013, Crystal came in as the Desert Mountain HS Assistant swim coach and in 2018 came back as Head Coach.

Currently Crystal is the 10&Under Director at Scottsdale Aquatic Club.  While her current role works primarily with ages 10&Under, she has worked with all ages, including high school swimmers.
