Practice Information

All practices are held at McDowell Mountain Ranch Aquatic Center, 15525 N. Thompson Peak Parkway, Scottsdale. 

Non Club Swimmers are required to attend all practices

• Mon/Wed/Fri: 5:30am to 6:45am

• Tuesday and Thursday: 3:30pm to 4:45pm

Club swimmers are required to attend Thursday's

• Thursday: 3:30p to 4:45pm

• You should be attending ALL of your club practices with the exception of mandatory day.

• If you cannot attend the mandatory day, please email me for an alternate day to attend.  

Non Club divers need to attend all practices

• Monday - Thursday, 3:15 - 5pm

Club divers need to attend Thursday practice, 3:15 - 5pm
