The visual shows the difference between a boss and a leader. To become a digital leader, the person is eloquent in the strategic use of digital tools. A digital leader uses website, mobile and social media–to listen, share and engage with people–to strategically achieve goals. The goals must be aligned to the organisation's mission and visions.
