Chapters can meaningfully reach out to their communities to alleviate some of the hardships facing youth and families today in many ways. Each project has a literacy component to carry these positive effects forward. This may include donations of time, books, food, scholarships, monetary support or gift certificates.

Information for this award is sent from the chapter level by March 1.
