Theta Alpha Chapter offers serveral opportunities for grants to members as well as non-members.

The Julia Crawford Grant

Provides $700.00 to women majoring in education who are in their junior or senior year.

Teachers Helping Another Teacher (T.H.A.T.)

Provides a $400.00 grant to women educators in their zero to third year of teaching to purchase teaching materials.

Patti Belknap Membership Grant

Provides up to $400.00 to members of Theta Alpha Chapter to purchase teaching materials.

The Coordinating Council of Dallas County

The CCDC is composed of 11 chapters that support the Cora McFarland Scholarship.  Members are able to apply for grants or scholarships to attain additional or advanced certification. Grants are also available to attend  workshops and seminars. 

Texas State Organization (TSO)

Members are able to apply for a variety of scholarships from the TSO to attain additional certification or advanced degrees as well as attend workshops and seminars. To learn more about the TSO scholarships and grants please visit:
