Create.

From the session ''Facilitating discussions and debates, managing cooperative activities'' I learned how to organize discussions and debates in the classroom. RPM Mahliyo had an interesting training lesson. We were introduced with the ''Four Corners'' and ''Tower Build'' activities. Engaging students in discussions and debates encourages students to create their own understanding of the content and connect it to their experiences. Learning is improved when students are encouraged to form opinions and develop their own ideas about the content.

The effectivenes of an in-class discussion or debate relies heavily upon the level of planning undertaken before class. The teacher should create a comfortable atmosphere where students feel themselves free.

Reflection.

I liked the activity ''Tower Build''. It was easy to play this game for the pupils because I tried to use this it with my learners in the lesson. The effectiveness of this strategy was very good. It helped me to engage all my students and they were very enjoyable of playing this game. They worked in groups and shared ideas with each other and in his way they learned working together and interact with each other. In my opinion, teamwork and communications are very important for building relationships in their future profession.This activity was a funny way to connect students and demonstrate the value of teamwork. My pupils were very happy after playing this game because they remembered their childhood's games. They enjoyed playing this game. It was also a fun way to build trust between students.
