In the first session I have learned Principal 1: Know your learners and Principal 2:Create conditions for language learning. The Best practice 1of Principal1 is Teachers collect information about their learners. Best practice 2 is Teachers plan lessons to collect and use information about learners. I introduced the following activities: Fluency line, Scavenger Hunt, Jigsaw and Personal inventory.
Reflection.
I used the Personal Inventory activity in the 9th form with my pupils. I wrote statements related to their future job in handouts and asked my pupils to rate themselves with the following criteria: Yes or No. According to their answers, I introduced their interests and views.
