For over 20 years I, along with my staff, offered premier performing arts training and summer camps for adults and youth in the metropolitan DC area. Below are some of the 19 musical plays we produced for children and family audiences. 

Through the staff development experience and culture of excellence, I have helped launch the careers of some of the most talented individuals in the film and theatre industry, from students like Asante Blackk and Samira Wiley and instructors like Ryan Jamal Swain,  Darius Smith, Greg Watkins, Burgundi Baker, Nijeul X. Porter and many more.
