The mouse genocide. A genocide that begun the moment Lord Zalam was chained- picking up momentum in the last 100 years following the chaining as the deadline grew near.

Maus, a deaf mouse, stood as the last mouse. Put to death by the God of Love, the extinction was completed.

The prophecy could not be completed- there would be no fated mouse to free the Lord of Peace.

Unfortunately, Peace made a deal with Life, and so the lone mouse was sent to him.

After Zalam's defeat and Maus' ascension to godhood, they remained with the fates of the 5 gods in their blood stained paw.

became the chosen vessel of Peace, bestowed the crown and to urge the gods to see reason. Maus had other plans.

Once all the Gods were defeated and their once proud armies stood cowering, Maus returned to Zalam. They wouldn't simply forfeit the crown and live a normal life though. They desired to keep the power. Keep it for themself. The final god had to fall.

The fight was brutal, yet quick. The final crown bearer left standing. The power of the 5 horsemen atop their brow, they were declared God of Unity.

500 MG: Maus is killed, marking the end of the genocide and a total extinction
0 PE: Maus is sent to Zalam by Clay, they are crowned the vessel of Peace
3 PE: Clay is defeated
5 PE: Tofu is defeated
8 PE: Wenshen is defeated
12 PE: Silfra is defeated, Zalam is subsequently defeated and indoctrinated
14 PE: The 5 ex-gods recieve their sin eating rituals, Maus is the God of Unity
16 PE: Mel goes eldritch after it's discovered that Zalam has been harboured by Zuapner and Mel. Mel, Zalam, and Zuapner are thrown in jail. Ratté finds out she's pregnant
17 PE: Zalam passes away, Maus is defeated and murdered, Désiré is born

Aftermath

After Zalam's defeat and Maus' ascension to godhood, they remained with the fates of the 5 gods under their cruel clawed grip.
