For your convenience, three options are available when you place your ad.
Option 1 - Complete the online form, upload your artwork, and pay online. A convenience fee of 4.0% will be added to your invoice for payment by debit or credit card. For example, if your total invoice is $150, the convenience fee will be $6.00 for the total amount due of $156.00.
Once you have completed the online form, you will immediately receive an email with a link to make the required payment.
Option 2 - Complete the online form, upload your artwork, and mail a check.
Option 3 - Print the pdf form, mail the completed form with your artwork and check for payment.

MARCH 1, IN ORDER TO PREPARE THE PROGRAM.
