Once you have completed this form, you will immediately receive an email with a link to make the required payment. If you do not see the email, please check your spam. The amount due will include a convenience fee of 4.0% that will be added to your invoice. For example, if your total invoice is $90.00, the convenience fee will be $3.60 for the total amount due of $93.60.

CANCELLATION POLICY - If you need to cancel your convention registration, notification MUST be received no later than February 28, 2026 or payment will be forfeited. Refund payments will be sent by March 31, 2026.
