Nataša is an expert in understanding many different aspects of energy metabolism. Her personal motto “Everything can be explained, just take it easy!” became one of the most often cited sentences in our lab, when it comes to interpretation of contradictory or confusing experimental results. If she were not a molecular biologist, she would probably be a botanist, as evidenced by her beautiful garden, or maybe an artist.
