Lobby Services
Adjacent to the the front desk guests can find the Guest Services desk, here cast members are able to provide a variety of services to guests. Services include:
Booking Dining Reservations* - Please be aware that no special reservations are held for guest services, and cast members have access to the same pool of public reservations.
Buy Tickets* - Buy tickets for any activity offered by Disney on property. Please be aware that there are no special discounts beyond what is currently offered to the guest online.
Booking Fastpass+ Reservations* - Please be aware that no special reservations are held for guest services, and cast members have access to the same pool of public reservations.
Currency Exchange - Guests interested in exchanging foreign currencies may do so here.
Mail Services - Postcards, letters and pre-packed, pre-labeled packages with postage already applied may be mailed from here.
Lost and Found* - Items lost in Disney's Memories Resort, or left behind by guests will be left here. If an item is left behind by a guest within their room they will be emailed a notification that their lost item has been found, and is ready to be shipped. Shipping is free for those living within the United States of America.
Guest Services is ran from 6 AM to 2 AM. When Guest Services is closed guests may receive certain services denoted by the asterisk at the front desk.
Transportation
Various transportation options are available to guests staying at Disney's Memories Resort.
Guests can reach the any of the four theme parks, two waterparks, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports through either complimentary Disney Bus Transportation, or the Disney Minnie Van service. Guests may wait for their complimentary bus at the the bus loading zones located in front of the Makin' Memories Building. Each destination has its own outdoor shaded waiting area allowing for guests to wait beneath the shade. Large fans blow wind down towards guests allow for a cool and crisp breeze on the hot Florida days , and a screen hanging from displays information about the route. This information includes estimated time of arrival, operating hours of the route, time of day, the weather forecast for the day, and a reminder to use the resort's hashtag. The Disney Minnie Van service will pick up and drop off guests at the guest pick up zone in front of the main entrance of the Makin' Memories Building. This pick up zone will be open to the general public, and other rideshare vehicles will be permitted to function here.
Guests who need are travelling from or to Orlando International Airport have the option to utilize Disney's Magical Express. This amenity requires advance reservations. The Disney’s Magical Express bus stop is located just in front of main entrance for the Makin' Memories Building. In addition to travelling to Orlando International Airport, Disney's Magical Express may be booked for an extra fee to transport guests to or from their Disney Cruise at Cape Canaveral. Guests have the option of travelling with the Disney Minnie Van service to Orlando International Airport as well.
In-Room Celebrations

In-Room Babysitting by Kid's Nite Out
Kid’s Nite Out offers one-to-one babysitting within the guest's rom. Various activities such as arts and crafts, reading and playing games are activities for children 6 months to 12 years of age. This service allows for parents to have a date night while knowing that their child is safe at the hotel room having fun.
Complimentary Online Check-In
Guests may opt in on MyDisneyExperience to check-in to Disney's Memories Resort. On the day of arrival guests will be notified when there room is ready. For guests utilizing the Disney's Magical Express their luggage will be kept at the front desk until their room is ready, and will be delivered later in the day.
Complimentary Merchandise Delivery & Pickup
Shopping is a breeze at Walt Disney World Resort, thanks to complimentary merchandise delivery to your Disney Resort hotel. Merchandise delivery is available during your stay at any Disney Resort hotel for purchases made:
in-store at select Walt Disney World shops or through the Shop Disney Parks mobile app
While staying at Disney's Memories Resort guests may be able to pick up merchandise they had delivered to their resort at The Snapshoppe.
Complimentary Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services
24-hour self-service laundry rooms are available near Bing Bong's Splish Splash Pad, the Pixie Pool and the Sinister Pool. For dry cleaning and valet laundry service, guests may contact housekeeping through the phone within their room. Guests may opt in to receive text notifications on their mobile device to be alerted of when their laundry is complete.
Complimentary Wi-Fi Service
Complimentary Wi-Fi is offered within the comfort of the guests' room. Wi-Fi may also be available in bus loading zones, pool areas, arcades, convention spaces and the porte-cochere.
Complimentary 24/7 ATM
A 24-hour ATM is located near the Front Desk.
Designated Smoking Areas
At Disney's Memories Resort, smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted in Guest rooms. Guests may request location information upon check-in.
