Imagine the cool seaside breeze from Technicolor Bay wafting into an open-air, victorian streetlamp and cherry blossom tree-dotted park, used for viewings of World of Color and more. Behind this romantic park sits an equally beautiful Painted Lady's facade, and quaint victorian houses with a miniature-esque and charming feel. Behind it dots an abundance of trees and foliage from Grizzly Peak.
This is Embarcadero Park, the first neighborhood you enter after crossing the Torii Gate Bridge. You’ll see a fountain (the THIRD “hub” of the park) with a massive cherry blossom tree on it, the 888 Wishes Cherry Blossom Tree, where you can write down a wish or a goal and hang it on the tree.
The park soon branches off into Embarcacero Street, a long water-side pier with smaller shopping and dining opportunities. It has a distinctive seaside feel, with old San Francisco architecture. The walkway is also larger as this street serves as a parade path, which ends here.

Ned’s Aquatwirl
As most people know, DCA has a LOT of flat rides- yet almost every single one involves spinning around a circle for a number of revolutions. It doesn’t spark any innovation, and it definitely not worth it to go to every single flat ride if they offer the same experience. Ned’s Aquatwirl, inspired by the protagonist Ned Land from 20,000 Leauges Under the Sea, is a trackless, kinetic, water top flat ride, coming straight from Tokyo DisneySea. The suprisngly simple system, featuring very shallow water, has “rafts” seemingly floating on it, but actually are mounted on wheels that move around unseen in the water. Each boat fits up to two people, and is self-guided, meaning you are in control of the boat. With this added experience, you’ll have to narrowly avoid obstacles and twirl around the other guests in this fun ride. On hot summer days, an additional feature is added, giving one of the players a watergun, making it Ned’s Awuatwirl Splash Battle- the water gun, connected by a hose, can let you shoot and spray at other enemies!
Embarcadero Gifts and Curios - A zany emporium filled to the brim with models of San Fransokyo, miniature toys, plush, Maker’s Market battle bots, and more.
Krei Lounge (American Seafood Table Service)- Themed after pioneer entrepreneur, tech guru, and CEO of Krei Tech Alistair Krei's penthouse, this ultimate table service restaurant gives views of Technicolor Bay unlike any other. The selection of seafood found in the lounge is all in small portions, including a wide variety of carefully presented and delicious shrimp, fish, squid, octopus, lobster, and more. The patio in front is generally reserved for large parties and is used for World of Color viewings.
Painted Ladies Tearoom (Tea Exhibit)- Hiding among one of the Painted Ladies tearooms is a hidden gem- this tearoom takes place entirely inside a house, featuring a large exhibit of the history of tea, using art, smells, and more. The second floor features a kiosk where a cast member gives out samples of freshly brewed tea.
