I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about how hard Russ worked to help me find my biological family. He went above and beyond and truly took a personal interest in my story! In addition, Russ has continued to stay in touch to stay updated on my situation, even sending articles or bits of information that he thinks might help me in journey. Without Russ I would never have found the name of my biological father and I am forever eternally grateful for his help and friendship!
