Russ Gibbs (President)
Russ is a 28 year mechanical engineering veteran, professional photographer, and FAA 107 certificated drone pilot and entrepreneur with extensive experience in statistics and data analysis. He has obtained various statistical certifications during his long career as an engineer. With this "data analysis" experience, coupled with a passion for genealogy, a love for problem solving, great enjoyment of teaching, and a desire to help others, he has officially founded Discovering U LLC. Michele has successfully led the social media and marketing efforts for several for-profit and non-profit organizations with a focus on compelling story-telling, strong visuals and educational content. She has a passion for animal welfare, particularly educating the public about the horrific puppy mill issues, which is the focus of Teddy, her beloved little puppy mill survivor's, social media accounts. With a background in managing Training and Instructional Design, she also has a love of history and ancestry.
