You will be directed to the DINGUE IX event page at the uOttawa e-store to register and submit payment.

Registration Information

Registration to DINGUE IX includes access to all oral and poster presentation sessions, catered coffee breaks, welcome reception, poster session, and conference dinner.

Registration Types & Rates:

Regular - $310 CAD*

(professionals, researchers, technicians, etc.)

Student - $260 CAD*

(graduate students, postdoctoral fellows)
*Taxes extra.

Registration Instructions:

Registration and payment for DINGUE IX will be collected on the University of Ottawa eStore (estore.uottawa.ca). The deadline for registration is June 21, 2026 at 11:59pm (eastern time North America)

How to register:

1. Create an eStore account using the information you wish to appear on your DINGUE workshop registration (name, title, affiliation, address, etc.)
2. Select "Register" on the DINGUE eStore event page
3. Select the registration type (Professional or Student) and select "Check Out & Confirm Registration" or "Proceed to Check out".
4. Enter your payment details and select "Submit Order" to complete your registration

Note on virtual attendance:

At this time, we are not offering the option to attend DINGUE virtually. However, due to travel disruptions caused by ongoing geopolitical instability, the organizing committee may revisit this option after abstract submissions close on May 15.
