Abstract submission for DINGUE IX is now open!
Conference participants that are coming from overseas should check the requirements for entry to Canada and begin the VISA application process as soon as possible (if required). Make sure you are complying with all entry requirements listed on the Government of Canada's Immigration and Citizenship website. They also have specific information for visitors attending meetings, events and conferences in Canada.
Letters of invitation can be requested from the organizing committee by attendees after they have registered for DINGUE IX. If you require a letter, please email DINGUE2026@gmail.com.
Rooms can be booked at the University of Ottawa's Rideau Residence for a discounted rate during the conference by using a promotional code. Rooms in this residence feature:

If you wish to stay off-campus, there are several Ottawa hotels located walking distance to campus in the Byward Market or downtown Ottawa area.
The University of Ottawa campus is at the uOttawa station on O-Train Confederation Line, also called Line 1. Any hotel located close to a downtown O-Train station should provide easy access to the conference venue.
DINGUE IX will wrap-up at noon on Saturday, July 11, 2026. The next day, the Goldschmidt conference will begin in Montreal, Canada, which is only a 1.5 hour drive, direct train ride, or short flight from Ottawa.
