If you wish to stay off-campus, there are several Ottawa hotels located walking distance to campus in the Byward Market or downtown Ottawa area.
The University of Ottawa campus is at the uOttawa station on O-Train Confederation Line, also called Line 1. Any hotel located close to a downtown O-Train station should provide easy access to the conference venue.
We anticipate we will be able to reduce the travel cost for a number of students, and some postdoctoral researchers, attending DINGUE IX. We encourage every student to apply in order to maximize travel support.

DINGUE IX will wrap-up at noon on Saturday, July 11, 2026. The next day, the Goldschmidt conference will begin in Montreal, Canada, which is only a 1.5 hour drive, direct train ride, or short flight from Ottawa.
Conference participants that are coming from overseas should check the VISA requirements for entry to Canada.
Make sure you are complying with all entry requirements listed on the Government of Canada's Immigration and Citizenship website.
