Privacy is Paramount
In compliance with our stringent security protocol, our private facility operates as a closed-access site, meaning walk-in traffic is not permitted.
For enhanced security, scanning and data conversion activities are conducted offline.
Data undergoes a multi-step deletion process, concluding with a final report. When transferred via USB disk, full encryption ensures security.
Our Legal Obligation
DIME maintains the right to refuse digitization requests for materials that are deemed offensive, illegal, or discriminatory in nature.
This policy serves to uphold ethical standards and prevent the distribution or replication of harmful content. Furthermore, in certain situations, written consent from the original author may be required to mitigate liability risks and ensure adherence to legal guidelines.
Nondisclosure Agreements
Clients are welcome to provide their preferred legal nondisclosure (NDA) agreement.
Additionally, DIME offers clients a standard comprehensive nondisclosure agreement which can be tailored to each client's unique requirements, providing an added layer of confidentiality and assurance.
Our secure facility is monitored and alarmed 24/7 and visits are by appointment only.
