This means you get professional-grade digital archiving without storage fees, excessive overhead costs, or the limitations of traditional paper-based archiving.

Scalable Costing

Per-Bankers Box: Starts at $150 per box and adjusts up to $225, based on the level of processing required. Each box accommodates up to 2,000 pages and includes per-box indexing.
Per-Page Rate: A flat 10 cents per page up to A3 size applies to loose documents that are stored in folders and binders, with minor adjustments for additional services such as and reassembly and secure shredding & destruction services.
Volume Discounts: Larger projects benefit from tiered pricing, so the more we scan, the lower the per-unit cost. Please enquire.

Inclusive Services

OCR Processing: Converts printed text into searchable, editable digital text, allowing you to find keywords quickly and improve document usability. Converting papers to digital turns your papers into workable data.

Scheduled archival maintenance scanning on monthly, quarterly or annual increments.
DIME partners with Interwaste NZ for audited shredding & destruction services.
Disposal and public recycling is care of EcoDrop NZ.
