About Us
Anchoring on the vision of DILG CALABARZON, the DILG Batangas Cluster 3 initiated the establishment of the very FIRST Cluster Office Based Local Governance Resource Center in the country which was launched on December 20, 2022 at Mataasnakahoy, Batangas.
The Cluster Head of the DILG Batangas Cluster 3 is the Sub-LGRC Manager.Β The Sub-LGRC Manager supervises and directs the activities of the Sub-LGRC including initiatives that may arise from the Multi-Sectoral Advisory Committee (MSAC).
The Cluster Buddy Team Leaders act as the Assistant Managers who monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sub-LGRC, review Sub-LGRC plans and accomplishment reports, and oversee the Sub-LGRC activities.
The Batangas Cluster 3 Sub-LGRC is handling three (3) facilities namely: (1) Capacity Development, (2) Linkages, and (3) Creatives and Innovation Facility.

To further open the opportunity for the LGUs of Batangas to enhance their capabilities and provide wider platforms for knowledge-sharing and benchmarking of innovative practices,Β the DILG Batangas Cluster 3 Sub-LGRCs was formally established in December 20, 2022.
As a center for excellence in local governance and as a product of convergence, the LGRRC of Batangas Cluster 3 aims to be the primary source of information on local governance. Also, it creates linkages with various organizations to explore possibilities to further harmonize the mechanisms in the delivery of all capacity development interventions for local government units.Β
